  • Eligibility: If you're not satisfied with the content quality or value
  • Process: Email us with your order number and reason for refund
  • Refund Method: Full refund to original payment method
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval

Digital Products Note: Since digital products cannot be "returned," we rely on your honesty and trust. We reserve the right to limit refunds for customers who abuse this policy.

Wellness Supplements Refund Policy

Our wellness supplements are covered by different return conditions due to their physical nature and health considerations:

30-Day Return Window

  • Timeframe: 30 days from date of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Seals: Safety seals must be intact and unbroken
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened products in original packaging

  • PayPal: Refunded to original PayPal account (1-3 business days)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  • We Pay Shipping: We'll cover return shipping for our errors

Shipping Costs

Exchanges
