ATT Ventures LLC operates two distinct product verticals with different fulfillment methods. This policy explains our shipping and delivery procedures for both digital products and physical supplements.

Digital Products

Our digital products (Colour Confidence Kickstart and Selection Sprint Kit) are delivered electronically:

  • Delivery Method: Instant digital download via email
  • Delivery Time: Immediate upon payment confirmation
  • Download Access: Permanent access to downloaded files
  • File Formats: PDF and other digital formats as specified
  • No Shipping Costs: Digital products have no shipping fees

Important: Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. Digital products will be sent to the email address provided during purchase. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes.

Wellness Supplements

Our wellness supplements are fulfilled through our trusted manufacturing partner, VitaLabs, and shipped via our Shopify store:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days via USPS/UPS
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days via UPS
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days via UPS/FedEx
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days before shipment

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method
  • Current shipping rates from our carriers

Order Processing

Supplement orders are processed as follows:

  1. Order confirmation sent immediately after purchase
  2. Order processed within 1-2 business days
  3. Tracking information sent via email when shipped
  4. Package delivered according to selected shipping method

Geographic Limitations

Currently, we ship supplements within the United States only. Digital products are available worldwide. We may expand shipping to additional countries in the future.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues:

  • Digital Products: Contact us immediately if download links are not received
  • Supplements: Track your package using the provided tracking number
  • Lost Packages: We will work with carriers to locate missing shipments
  • Damaged Items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate:

  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Address changes may be possible before shipping but cannot be guaranteed
  • Additional charges may apply for address corrections or reshipment

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
